Tom joined the housing sector in 2014, following a successful management career in the custodial sector, and has worked in several management and leadership roles for Housing Associations in the East of England. He combines his analytical, technical and customer service expertise with strategic leadership experience to drive data-led business improvements.

His experience includes leading the design and delivery of modern data and reporting strategies, and developing high-performing Business Intelligence, Performance and Customer Insight teams. As a hands-on BI developer and experienced leader, he has built scalable solutions, automated workflows, and created dynamic reporting frameworks that improve decision-making, communication of key business measures, and ensure regulatory compliance.
